82ASK launches free Festival Helper Service

With Glastonbury kicking off this weekend, 82ASK have launched a service to help navigate your way around the summer of music festivals.

Whether you need to know which stage a particular band is playing on, a map to the train station, advice on where to pitch your tent to avoid the rain or have any other festival query, simply text HELPME followed by your question to 82ASK (82275) and we will do our best to answer as quickly as possible.  New users will get 3 free answers for the duration of any major summer music festival throughout the UK.

Over these weekends 82ASK will have a team of Texpertsâ„¢  especially dedicated to answering festival questions in order to text answers back as quickly as possible.  This means they will have access to relevant data on music, weather, maps, public transport and other relevant information, all delivered via text direct to your mobile. The first 3 answers are free to new users and there is then a charge of £1 per answer.

As well as this weekends Glastonbury festival, the service covers Creamfields, Global Gathering, The Big Chill, T in The Park, and The Reading and Leeds Festivals.
