I just put my AT&T sim card into my handset.
This is the automatic text message I received when I turned it on.
They haven’t quite got there in terms of customer relations management, have they, AT&T?

You’d think they’d say ‘From AT&T’?
You’d think they’d set the originator to something nice, rather than the distinctly confusing ‘0150000003’ number.
Further, it’d be nice if they prompted me to give them a call if I had any questions or issues?
