BREAKING NEWS: ShoZu working on Three
Just about to retire for the evening and, being a mobile geek, what’s the last thing you do before going to sleep?
Test to see if ShoZu is working on the Three network? Obviously.
It’s been a few days since I last tested you see.
And Lo. For it was fortold that ShoZu would finally work (You can read my Ode to ShoZu here).
Instead of hanging at the network level when it was trying to activate, it completed the activation. Nearly feel out of bed with surprise.
So I’m back at the desk posting this.
The screenshot to the right is me taking a picture of the MacBook keyboard and woooooosh up pops he ShoZu little reminder.
Get IN.
The next slightly concerning issue was to see if the images would arrive on Flickr account.
Yup. No trouble. Very fast, too.
(You know what, ShoZu should be included by default on X-Series.)
Anyway it’s working.
That is phenomenal.
Now, the next issue is to establish if data traffic from a java applet such as ShoZu is included in the X-Series 1gb traffic allowance. Sometimes, when I read the nice simple terms and conditions, it’s obvious to me that all data traffic is included. Othertimes I look and I can’t quite decide. I don’t want to let go of the burgeoning excitement building up just in case I’m going to get a bill at the end of the month together with clarification on what unlimited data actually means.
We’re almost there, I reckon.
Tell me that ShoZu data is included and, well, that’s me, Three is rock solid in at number one as the best UK operator as far as I’m concerned.
Hold on to your butts…
Wicked junglist massif!
