Cafe Coffee Day runs SMS promotion across 262 stores for Valentines Day in India

To mark the arrival of Valentine’s Day, they’re launching the Cafe Coffee Day Luv Zone complete with tips on how to remance your beloved — everything from love quotes, picture messages and even one of those wicked compatibility percentage calculators.

I like to see good, cool uses of the medium… I haven’t heard of anything like this happening in the UK for Valentine’s Day.  In fact, I walked past Boots the Chemist yesterday and all they had was a flimsy piece of carboard advertising the upcoming date.  Boring!
