This morning, Tesco’s super-star mobile guru, Ed Hodges announced on Twitter that he’s off to pastures new. I’ve put a call into Mr Hodges to find out his next destination and hope to have some more news soon.

I’ve no doubt he’ll be off to help another big brand looking to benefit from his talents.

Congratulations Ed — you and your team did super work with Tesco’s mobile applications.

I also look forward to some updates from Tesco at some point about just how many people are using their mobile channel. I bet it’s quite a few.
