The Madras High Court Madurai Bench Advocates Association has hit upon the novel scheme, using the SMS facility on mobile telephones to inform lawyers regarding the "cause list", the daily schedule of cases in the respective courts.
A friend of mine swears blind that there’s no way something such as this would be introduced in London because they’re all far too traditional. I wonder.
