Over recent weeks I’ve had 4 separate enquiries from some mobile companies looking to raise awareness and to hire an agency to work with them. In all but three of the cases, the founders emailed me looking for a perspective and some suggestions on how best to hire an agency — with questions such as: One person or a full team? Small team or huge international? One day a week? One day a month? 10 days? Mobile focused or consumer heavy?
