Is it me or is Fresh Mobile the shittest UK MVNO?

Just do a search on this blog for ‘fresh mobile’ and you’ll get some indication as to the fun I’ve been having trying to get my Carphone Warehouse Fresh Mobile sim card working. Gave up quite a while ago. I couldn’t understand just why their online service continually had a ‘temporary error’.

Well, turns out that it’s not just me — thanks to all who’ve been posting. Check out the comments on this post — Norma’s one, added today, reads:

I completely agree why should we pay to get our balance. Also my biggest moan is that you cannot use Fresh to roam. It says in the handbook that it would be available from last Nov. Now I’m told it won’t ever be available, the only reason I got this Fresh was to be able to use abroad.

They tell lies.

Also have tried to save 10% by topping up on internet. Have now GIVEN UP.

Keeps saying there is a temporary error.

Total arse.
