Mobile video footage on the BBC 10 O'Clock News

When an inflatable artwork structure broke off from its tethers and rose up into the sky, carrying those inside with it, there was a person with a mobile phone filming.

From BBC coverage:

The hot weather is thought to have played a part in the tragedy, which saw the artwork, in which people explored 115 inflated chambers, flip up to 100ft into the air.

Many of the people injured in the incident were inside the 2,500-square-metre artwork, which consists of inflated rooms connected by tunnels.

The mobile footage was included in most of the BBC reports on the subject. Outside the 7/7 bombings, this is one of the first times I have seen mobile footage used in this way.
