Mopal launches desktop SMS

Montreal, Quebec (PRWEB) January 25, 2006 — New text messaging software from Mopal Inc. will allow users to send and receive mobile text messages from their computer without using a web browser or a cell phone.

The MBC Pro SMS Messaging Center allows you to send and receive Short Message Service (SMS) messages very much the same way as you would with email. Routed through Mopal’s SMS gateway, others can send you text messages from their cell phones or other SMS clients in a way that is completely transparent to you as a user.

I’m a regular user of a similar product provided by Vodafone which integrates into Outlook — very useful!
