My first text spam for ages from: YesLoansUK

Joy. I got my first text spam from YesLoansUK (see above image). I also get mail spam from them. Somewhere along the lines, I must have mistakenly ticked the box that says ‘from other carefully selected people who want to knock you over rubbish’.

What’s fascinating is that I just changed my mobile number about a month and a half ago.

So that’s some pretty good back-end mechanics, based on the fact I’ve been getting stuff from these folk for years and they’ve managed to get hold of my new mobile number within 90 days of me activating it.

Least there’s a return path and the ability to opt out…
