My shite 6300 has arrived

I have just taken delivery of a Nokia 6300. A businessman’s phone, right?

The first thing I did was go and find Nokia’s Mail for Exchange to get all my contacts and calendar on to the device.

No… wait… you what? It’s Series 40?

Oh.

Doesn’t work.

What a piece of shit.

I’m tired to the back teeth of having manufacturers make decisions for me.

I can use Bluetooth to sync. I can’t use Nokia’s PC Suite because I’m on an Apple.

There’s a sodding reason why I adopted Exchange — because of the Nokia devices I use.

My mistake for taking delivery of what appears to be an ultra consumer phone.

I might even type in my key contacts, eh? Feel what it’s like to be a real normob. Deary me.
