Nokia N900 media tablet is £499. I'll take two, please

Got a mail in from Expansys this afternoon to tell me that the Nokia N900 media tablet — the darling of the Nokia World conference last week — is ready for pre-order at £499.99. Yours to have from the 19th of October.

Provided there are a few more apps added for the device (and that is quite a big ask, still, given the lack of direct app monetisation possibilities right now), I think I’ll be buying one.
