Playfon acquires Wappy.to for rumoured $5m

Playfon, the Russian behemoth, has reportedly acquired mobile photo and video community site wappy.to for a rumoured $5m. Reports indicate that Wappy has 1 million monthly uniques — something that Playfon are apparently considering using as a platform to launch Russia’s first mobile social network.
