UK office workers are confused about the digital ‘etiquette’ surrounding new communications technologies such as email, SMS and instant messaging (IM).

Oh come on, this isn’t difficult.  Anything that involves you having to look down at your phone every 20 seconds to bash out a text message while you and I are having a meeting is a BAD thing.
