I’m going to give this a go.

I thought I’d try it out, you know, spirit of support of the industry. Alas, when I logged in with the supplied PIN that I received by text, I got a message saying ‘You have no downloads in your account’ (or words to that effect).

How annoying. I think it might be because I didn’t read the instructions correctly. I typed in the PIN number, then a password… then realised that I ALSO had to type in an email address (after a few repeated click, click, clicks on the form). Typed in the email address. Bam. I was logged in, but nothing to download.

Arse.

Well, actually, it’s a triple ARSE.

Now I have to sod about emailing people. This is my pin. Yes. Sorry. It didn’t work. Yes. Sorry. Can I try downloading again?

Now, a 10 second transaction has massively exceeded my original time estimation. Balls to it. I don’t know if I can be bothered to email. It’s quite annoyed me.

I didn’t sign up for any emailing and having to explain my life story to anyone just to get an audio chapter. All I wanted was to download the sodding track. Alas, the 7digital.com system appears to be extremely flakey if it screws up just because of simple user error.

I’ll do something about it later. Until then it’s at number 300 on my ‘to-do’ list today.
