Thousands Respond to SMS Fines Info Service

The Johannesburg Metro Police Department (JMPD) has received more than 100 000 sms’s from motorists enquiring about their outstanding fines – less than a week after the initiative was launched.

Ahhh, you know what, my company would be able to review all 100k messages, prioritise and respond to them.  We’ve been doing that for donkey’s years.  Anyway I am delighted to see such success!  Wow!
