Vodafone in trouble with ASA

I picked this up from The Register and as a presenter on my university’s student radio station I found it of interest.

Vodafone managed to squeezed 30 words into 8 seconds. A clip can be heard from here, according to one listener they felt they could not understand what was being said due to the speed of the terms and conditions and complained to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).  The ASA have upheld the complaint and as a result the advert will not be allowed to be broadcast again until it has been changed,

Surely it would have been easier to say terms and conditions are at www.vodafone.co.uk/terms ? What do you think? Can you understand what is being said?

Personally I have heard a lot worse.
