Vodafone's Terence Eden joins Touchnote

Terence Eden made the move this week from Big Red and joins the multi-award winning Touchnote.

Touchnote, if you recall, deliver your mobile photographs as physical postcards. A simply brilliant service that I use almost daily.

Let’s talk Terence: Over his 7 year career at Vodafone, Terence has held multiple roles in product marketing and management for both Vodafone UK and Vodafone Group — but he was most recently the Commercial Planning Manager, looking after the long term future of Vodafone’s mobile web portal.

To say that ‘Terence knows mobile’ is like saying ‘the sky is blue’. It’s patently obvious and known to all. I’ve met Terence quite a few times and found him to be one of the most knowledgeable mobile and web chaps I know. He also introduced me to the food delivery service, Graze.

At Touchnote, Terence will be working on all aspects of the mobile roll-out, working on the strategy, planning and execution of mobile apps, mobile web, and cohesion with the website.

Here’s an obligatory quote from the chap himself:

Terence said, “By thinking about the card buying experience holistically, from discovery, use cases, interface and flow, to purchase and recipient feedback, Touchnote has already built a hugely powerful offering to the photo-loving consumer. I’m really looking forward to working on the mobile offering, developing the best strategies and user experience to help shape the company’s expansion and promote its unique position.”

Nice one Touchnote and congratulations Terence!
