Was that an iPad I saw on the pitch last night?

I watched the highlights of the England v Italy European 2012 game last night courtesy of the good old BBC. Midway through as the penalties were announced I caught this brief glimpse of the officials getting organised and I’m sure I saw an iPad being used. Did you spot it? Was I right? I can’t quite be sure from that frame!
